What are the shipping charges for domestic and international orders?
We offer free shipping on all domestic orders within Pakistan over PKR 2,000. For international orders, shipping costs are calculated based on the destination and the weight of the parcel at checkout.
How long does it take for my order to be delivered?
Domestic orders typically arrive within 3 to 5 working days. International deliveries may take between 7 to 14 working days, depending on customs processing and the destination country.
What is your return and exchange policy?
You can exchange any unused item within 14 days of purchase, provided it has the original tags and receipt. Please note that items purchased during a sale are not eligible for return or exchange unless they are defective.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) for domestic orders, as well as Visa, Mastercard, and Bank Transfers for both local and international customers.
How can I track my order status?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email and SMS. You can use this number on our carrier's website to monitor your shipment's progress.
Are the colors of the products on the website accurate?
We strive to display the colors of our products as accurately as possible. However, due to differences in monitor settings and lighting during photography, slight variations in color may occur.
