At ZELLBURY, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Log into your account and visit the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack the Items

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached and include the original invoice inside the parcel.

• 3.
  Schedule Pickup

  Choose a convenient time for our courier partner to collect the package from your doorstep, or drop it off at any ZELLBURY retail outlet.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our quality team inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
